Elbrus Traverse from North to South (11 days)

Climbing Elbrus via its North side gives you a good impression of the beautiful and wild nature of the Caucasian mountains. Until today there is almost no touristic infrastructure, and your climb will be a real adventure.

The North-South traverse is expedition style and demanding in terms of physical exercise (long summit day, heavier backpacks to carry for longer time), and camps at the North side are very simple, tents or metal huts or containers. For this climb, you already should have altitude and snow camping experience and should do a lot training before the climb.
